Part of the park opposite the Municipality and well visible in the southern entrance to Gaza's government compound. Open Street Map (2017) has "Sabīl al-Sulṭan ʿAbd al-Ḥamīd" and "Sabīl al-Rifāʿiyya", the latter according to Visit Palestine website after Gaza’s governor "Prince Ref’at Pasha", who allegedly renovated it in 1870.
